Installation Warranty
NANOTECH.SG PTE LTD SCREEN PROTECTOR WARRANTY AGREEMENT
I. Scope of the Agreement
This Warranty Agreement ("Agreement") is exclusively applicable to screen protectors ("Product") distributed by Nanotech.sg Pte Ltd ("Company").
II. Warranty Period
The Warranty conferred hereunder shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) month commencing from the date of physical receipt of the Product by the consumer ("Warranty Period").
III. Installation Failure Remedy
In the event of a demonstrable installation failure of the Product, the consumer may:
a. Seek redress at the Company's principal place of business located at 51 Ubi Ave 1, #05-28, Singapore 408933, + 8208 6888 , enquiry@nanotechsg.com ; or
b. Request a replacement through tracked mail, subject to fees determined by product size:
- SGD$5 for mobile device screen protectors;
- SGD$8 for tablet-sized screen protectors.
The aforementioned fee variance is predicated upon differential postal methodologies necessitated by Product dimensions.
IV. Product Defects or Dispatch Errors
Should the Product manifest a material defect, or should an incorrect item be dispatched, the Company shall bear all associated postage and administrative costs for the re-dispatch of the correct Product. However, this remedy is contingent upon a comprehensive assessment by the Company based on evidence furnished by the consumer. Such evidence shall include, but is not limited to, photographs, videos, or other demonstrative materials.
V. Warranty Claims Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the consumer shall:
a. Lodge a formal claim through the designated "Claims" portal on the Company's website; or
b. Engage the Company's designated communication channels as stated on "Contact us" web page.
VI. Claims Documentation
All warranty claims must be substantiated by:
A valid verifiable order identification number;
Appropriate media evidence showcasing the purported defect or error.
Reservation of Rights: Nanotech.sg Pte Ltd expressly reserves the right to amend, modify, or revoke any terms of this Agreement at its sole discretion without prior notice. Consumers are admonished to periodically review this Agreement. All determinations made by the Company in relation to any warranty claims hereunder shall be final and binding.
By purchasing the Product, the consumer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stipulated herein.
